CAT B Fit-Out and Core Mechanical Works
Excel Project Services Ltd successfully designed and executed a high-specification CAT B fit-out and shell & core mechanical works project on Levels 6 and 7, situated south of the river as part of the prestigious Southbank development, spearheaded by Multiplex.
The project encompassed a comprehensive scope of mechanical installations, including:
4-pipe heating and chilled water system for enhanced climate control.
Variable Air Volume (VAV) units equipped with CO₂ monitoring for optimal indoor air quality.
Full-service catering kitchen with integrated domestic water supply.
Above-ground drainage systems to meet the operational needs of the development.
This project was meticulously delivered within a challenging 24-week programme, meeting the rigorous quality and performance standards expected by Overbury on such a high finish project.
